The Development Process
Step One
Request a quote by filling out our online form. Once we receive this we will contact you to clarify any aspects of your site. The more detailed you are in the initial proposal the quicker we can provide an accurate quotation and timeline.
Once you agree our proposal and quotation we will issue you with our standard design contract and request a 25% deposit.
Step Two
At this stage we will request you supply us with any text and images you wish to use in digital format – existing logos, relevant images etc. Any additional sample websites, brochures, or content would be extremely useful at this stage and aid us in providing you with the perfect wireframes.
Step Three
Once we receive the above we create a mockup of your website. Remember communication is paramount to a strong working relationship and design is no different – at this stage you can requested as many edits as required before we move onto developing the site.
Once you are totally happy with the mock-ups and details, we’ll get to developing the website.
Step Four
We then upload the site to our server to test in all main web browsers and debug. At this stage testing is closed and we will provide you with a log-in and password to view your website.
Step Five
Once you are happy with the website and you are ready to take ownership we then progress to the final phase – of uploading the site onto your hosting.
If you host with another company we ask you to pay the final amount owing before we upload it to your own hosting (this is to protect our interests) but if you utilise our hosting the full amount becomes payable once your site goes live.
